The studio stated that he never was involved in the performance of artists.
6. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra should apologize for an uncomfortable remarks made against Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Fadnavis also said that ‘Urban Naxalites’ and ‘Left liberals’ supporting such condemnable acts will be taught a lesson.
7. Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray said that Kunal Kamra has done nothing wrong. Kamra is being targeted by the Shiv Sena led by Eknath Shinde for calling the Deputy Chief Minister a ‘traitor’.

Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray) leader Sanjay Raut also shared on the social media forum ‘X’, writing, “Kunal Ka Kamal.” Kamra sarcasted Shinde using the revised version of a song from the film ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’. Shiv Sena MP Naresh Mhaske warned Kamra that Shiv Sena workers across the country would follow him. He said in a video message, “You will be forced to run away from India.”
9. The Marxist Communist Party (CPI -M) condemned the incident of targeting Kunal Kamra and vandalizing a studio in Mumbai. In a post on the social media forum ‘X’, the CPI -M said that this proves that the mob violence is only valid for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) -led coalition governments. The CPI (M) said, “We strongly condemn the target of stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra by goons of the ruling coalition in Maharashtra and vandalizing the studio where Kamra performed.”
